Katie Estberg is a Registered Psychological Associate under the supervision of Dr. Martha Ruiz-Shank, PSY28729 (Licensed Clinical Psychologist) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has her certificate for Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and is currently receiving her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University. Katie received her Master's in Special Education as well as her Mild/ Moderate Teaching Credential from National University. She has over 15 years' experience in child and adolescent development. Specifically, focused with children on the spectrum. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Dyadic Development Psychotherapy (DDP).
Katie has a passion for creating an open and accepting environment for all individuals to feel seen, heard and understood when sharing their experiences. She has experience with adults with ASD, ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. She understands that life is beautiful and has struggles along the way that we all need support to address and overcome. She wants to be that support and calm for others in their storms, in order to find the light and the path forward together.
